Water Management (SWMS)
The SWMS is a system that allows the management and thermosiphon recirculation of pressurised plant water for seal lubrication.
The Nexus SWMS automatically refills if there is a loss of water volume or pressure.
Pressure Pot – Thermosiphon (SPTS)
Pressure pots are used to provide double mechanical seals with pressurised coolant and lubricant.
The Nexus SPTS is equipped with a cooling coil to ensure heat dissipation.
Seal Flow Monitor (SFM)
The SFM regulates the flow of clean water from an external source in to the seal stuffing box.

Seal Trac / Pack Trac (NPT)
The Nexus “Pack Trac” and “Seal Trac” are novel systems installed into the stuffing box cavity to ensure that any suspended solids are moved away from critical sliding surfaces increasing life of sealing faces on mechanical seals and packing and sleeves for gland packing.
Cyclone Separator (SCYC)
The Nexus Cyclone Separator is used in a recirculation design to separate particles from the product before returning to the seal chamber.
